No return is accepted without a Return Authorization number. There will be a 10% service charge if return without an RMA number along/includes with the return. All returned merchandises must be shipped in original packaging and be in good and saleable condition within 10 business days from the day of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on any returns. There will be a 20% charge if any accessories are missing in the return. If items are defective on arrival and are returned within the above time period, products will be replaced. There is a 25 % restocking charge on returned and exchange/upgrade non-defective items plus the shipping charge. Any cancellation orders or customer ordered the wrong unit that are already shipped will be resulted in a 30% charge plus the shipping cost. Warranty will be void immediately if customer open the inverter unit. Unit must return in an unopened inverter for warranty and replace. Any cancellation on order already be placed will be charged 15% for service fee. If you must cancel the order, customer need to call via phone only within an hour when the order was placed. If order was shipped, customer will responsible to pay for shipping cost back and forth and the 15% restocking fee. Customers responsible for shipping cost if there's any product return. Therefore, if you are unsure of which inverter to buy for your application, please call us for advise. Manufacturers' warranties are processed by the manufacturers. For warranty concerns, questions or repairs, please contact the manufacturer. If any item is defective, customers need to return the products within 30 days from the delivery date (including the RMA#). Payment Information: Payments accepted in US funds by MasterCard / Visa / Certified Check or Money Order. Credit Card orders require name, address, phone number, expiration date. New Jersey resident is subject to a 7% sales tax. We will add this to your order. Orders placed from outside of the US and Canada can now only be accepted when paid for in US funds. Payment must be in the form of an international money order or bank check, and must arrive prior to the shipment of any merchandise. Shipping Information: In most cases, shipping charges are based on UPS Ground or other carriers. Order will be shipped the same day if placed by 1:00 PM EST. Shipping charges will be added to credit card orders. If you are paying by certified check or money order, please call or e-mail us for the shipping amount prior to sending your payment. Shipping will be provided by UPS Ground or other carriers or at customer's election, via air service. Please call or e-mail for overnight shipping prices. We will ship to APO addresses.
